Remuneration is the total contractual consideration owed for the player’s performance. It may include a fixed amount, variable components, benefits in kind or other agreed advantages.

The contract should explain calculation, due dates, accounting, deductions and conditions for variable components. Bonuses are often agreed separately. Use the remuneration check to prepare the review.
